Terms of Use
These terms govern ENADIVERSE Market (the “site”), provided by ENADIVERSE Market. By using the site, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose and availability
The site provides KRW reference-rate charts and explanations of metal price discovery at no charge. Features or sources may change or pause for maintenance, security, legal requirements, upstream changes or events outside the operator's control.
2. No financial or transaction advice
Numbers, charts, percentage changes and explanations are educational general information, not investment advice, an offer to trade, an appraisal, tax or legal advice, or a forecast. Verify current terms with a financial institution, official benchmark, exchange or dealer before acting.
3. Nature and accuracy of data
FX figures are KRW cross-rates derived from ECB reference data, not bank customer rates. Metal categories explain common publication and distribution structures. We disclose sources and methods and aim to correct errors, but do not warrant completeness, uninterrupted availability, real-time status, fitness for a particular purpose or executability.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful information and learning. You must not overload it with automated requests, bypass security, redistribute content in a misleading way after removing source, date or unit context, or breach a third-party data provider's terms.
5. Intellectual property and external data
Original text, information architecture, design and code are protected by applicable law. ECB, Frankfurter and benchmark administrators retain their respective rights, names and terms. Using this site does not grant a right to resell or redistribute third-party data.
6. External links and advertising
The site links to external sources that the operator does not control. If ads are introduced, transactions with an advertiser remain between the user and that business, except where law assigns responsibility to the operator.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on site information, data delay or error, service interruption or an external link. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where applicable for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes and contact
