Privacy Policy
ENADIVERSE Market (the “operator”) aims to process only the information reasonably needed to run this site and describes both current and conditional services below.
1. Information we may process
The dashboard requires no account, name or payment details. If you email us, we may receive your email address, name or alias, message and attachments. Hosting and security systems may generate technical logs such as IP address, browser and device type, request time, requested URL, referring page and error information.
2. Purposes and retention
Contact data is used to answer inquiries, investigate corrections and protect legal rights. It is deleted when no longer reasonably needed unless law or a dispute requires longer retention. Technical logs are retained for a limited period set according to security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting needs.
3. Browser local storage
The site stores a recent market-data response and timestamp in local storage to reduce repeat API calls and provide a labelled saved copy during an outage. It does not place contact details or account identifiers in this cache. You can remove it through your browser's site-data controls.
4. Market-data and infrastructure providers
When your browser requests FX data from Frankfurter, currency codes, date ranges, request time and network information such as IP address may reach that service. The metal section does not call an external price API. The site uses OpenAI Sites for deployment and Cloudflare for DNS and security infrastructure; each provider may process technical information needed to deliver its service under its own policy. If email forwarding is enabled, the email provider may also process information needed to receive and forward messages.
5. Google AdSense and cookies
The current site does not contain AdSense ad code. If ads are enabled, Google and third-party advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or device identifiers for ad delivery, frequency controls, measurement, fraud prevention and, where consented, personalised advertising. You can manage personalised Google ads in Google Ads Settings and adjust some third-party choices through AboutAds. Before serving ads in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, the operator will implement a Google-certified consent management platform and applicable IAB TCF requirements, and identify actual vendors and cookies in the consent interface and this policy.
6. Service providers and international processing
We do not sell personal information. Hosting, security, email, data and future advertising vendors may process information only as needed to provide their services. Their server locations can result in international processing. We will update this policy if the service configuration changes or additional disclosures become legally required.
7. Your rights and children
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. The site is not designed to collect accounts or personal information from children. If we learn that child data was unintentionally received, we will review and delete it.
8. Security, changes and contact
We use reasonable access controls and data minimisation, but no internet transmission is completely secure. We update the effective date when processing changes and give appropriate notice of material changes. Send privacy requests to contact@enadiverse.com.
