Reporting a data discrepancy

Please include:

• The currency or metal and page URL
• The reference date and approximate access time
• The official comparison source or screenshot
• The displayed unit, expected value, device and browser

We review the upstream response, cache, conversion and display rounding. If an error is confirmed, we update the code or explanation and, where appropriate, the methodology review date.

Scope of replies

We aim to review ordinary messages within a reasonable number of business days. We do not provide individual investment decisions, price forecasts, product recommendations, legal advice or tax advice. Advertising proposals should identify the advertiser and intended placement.
